Yahoo says no to $42 Billion dollar offer by Microsoft. Could it be Yahoo is taking a stand after Microsoft’s proxy threat?
This is the second time in two months that Yahoo has rejected Microsoft’s offer. This last rejection is believed to be a response to Microsoft’s threat that gave Yahoo three weeks to accept its offer or face a proxy battle. This has been a nine week stand-off battle between the two companies.
